In the left margin: John Wellons Will In the name of God Amen I John Williams of Southampton & parish of Nottoway being very [anshant?] and crazy? of Body but of sound mind and memory do you make Constitute and appoint this to be my last will and testament revoking all of the Wills heretofore me by made Item: I give to my Son John Wellons the plantation whereon he now lives and the * adjoining the Same which is already marked off to the said plantation Contain ing more or less two hundred and fifty Acres to Him and his Heirs forever and the goods and Chattels as have already possessed him to him and his heirs forever.
